G’day, I’m Zach Williams from Adelaide, South Australia. I’ve been hunting, fishing, and living the outdoors lifestyle my whole life.
I was introduced to hunting at a young age by my pop, and it stuck straight away. Around 16, my old man got me into bowfishing and then bowhunting—and that was it, I was hooked. Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to hunt across a good chunk of Australia, as well as New Zealand (both islands), Mexico, and Texas. Along the way, I’ve taken some incredible animals and met some even better people.
I’m a big believer in the lifestyle that comes with hunting—being a meat eater, respecting the land, and understanding where your food comes from.
A few years back, I started the Hunting Connection Podcast after doing a few guest spots and realising how much I enjoyed the conversations. It’s all about connecting hunters, fishers, and outdoors people, sharing real stories, and breaking down the stereotypes around hunting. Plus, I’ve always loved a yarn—been told more than once if talking was a job, I’d be a millionaire 🤣
