Return Policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy on purchases. The 30 days starts from day of delivery. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs.  The customer is responsible for the return (including costs) of the product/s. If the return is a result of our error, Tatonka AU will also refund shipping charges to compensate you for the return shipping of the item.

Items should be returned in the original product packaging (with tags), our returns form and a copy of the invoice that was emailed to you when you purchased. If you no longer have the invoice, please include your order number on the returns form.

How to return

Click here to log into your account using your email. If you didn’t set up a password, don’t worry! Simply enter the email you used to place your order, and we’ll send you a unique code to log in. Once logged in, find the order containing the product you'd like to return, then complete our online exchange/return form.

Clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty. Your refund (if applicable) will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving the returned product and should appear in your bank account within a further 7 business days (up to 9 business days in total).
